對於 123Systems 很多朋友是又愛，又恨，又怕

愛什麼，愛她很便宜，便宜到爆
恨什麼，恨她超售嚴重，線路差
怕什麼，怕她跑路，買了年付沒用光


大家可能會想知道，那麼便宜的 VPS 客服如何
剛好小弟前陣子買了一個年付五刀的 VPS ，打算拿來練手用的
昨天架設了 MAILSERVER 結果主機名稱打錯字，被列入 IP 黑名單，遭到停機處分
於是馬上聯繫客服處理 ....


從提出要求，到恢復 VPS，一共花了兩個多小時，但每次客服都能在半小時到一個小時內回覆，
其實算很不錯喔 !!


下面是全文，因為最新回覆在最上面所以要倒著看
小弟 E 文很爛都是用機器翻譯的 XD

Exploit blacklisting on your IP address 208.115.198.198

But my VPS is none open , I do not know what's happening

help me reactivate vps or tell me How to do , please

之前有到國外網站看也是說會被關掉，還是我特別神奇 哈

和現在的 10刀一樣，不過我買太早，後來 1G 也才賣 10 刀

你运气好而已，我有一个tk，in progress了2个月后，刚去看了下，还离奇消失了，呵呵
