给paypal打电话问了说这个商家确实存在风险，目前账号中资金已经被冻结；客服说如果商家没有在承诺的24小时内退款可以开争议。

的确，机器很好，价格也不错，现在用信誉卡，理论来说是不能争议的。我的在PP已经显示退款了，毕竟机器没开，而且是发这封邮件之前就KT申请了。

没收到这封邮件的时候，我就申请退款了。因为要3天才安装机器。。。然后荷包又少，想想就算了。按邮件来吧，我也不清楚，，我的理解是，PP退款，如果你还想用，就使用信用卡支付。

用的也是特价机，也没安装费，虽然月费贵点，但至少不用担心跑路，机子有什么问题也可以及时联系处理。要加IP也随时可以加

应该是八月底那波免安装费，续费价格和普通的一样。如果真要hetzner的机器可以考虑看看他们家的auction，26欧能拿到3770+16G+6T的配置
