上次用LEB的coupon买的西岸的vps，当月就退了，然后就出来了这么一个负1.49刀的invoice，
这个没法付款也就算了，发现居然要被停账户了，之前发了ticket好几天也没人回，怎么办呀。。

是发给技术了，然后转bill，结果3天了都没人回，
今天我又重新发了个给bill，结果一整天了也没人回，84太让人失望了
