EMAIL验证是最好的办法可是就是怎么弄都不能发送EMAIL

谁知道的来说说如何配置PHP.INI才能支持需要装组件么?

php下这个比较常用，叫phpMailer，是一个class
不要问偶程序方面的问题，偶是程序盲。

不是程序问题而是环境问题

php.ini默认的是这样的（偶这个是LINUX下面的）

SMTP = localhost
smtp_port = 25

自己在本机搭建一个不需要smtp验证的mail服务器即可
担心小心被别人用来SPAM

用smtp 发送邮件。
