标题: 关闭lycamobile的语音信箱
之前看有mjj说官网可以发邮件关闭语音信箱，由于口语太差，就用邮件试了下，貌似成功了。经历整理如下：

1. 官网的help里面contact us里填相关信息。

https://www.lycamobile.us/en/help/contact-us/

2. 晚上收到客服邮件说需要提供以下至少3条security questions，貌似最后一条是必须的？

SIM card number:
PUK number:
Any 2 frequently dialed numbers: （任意2个经常拨打的号码）
Last top up date/amount:（上一次充值的时间，金额）
Date of birth (Required):（出生日期，之前在官网注册时填的）

过了一会收到客服邮件，貌似成功了。
Thank you for your email and passing the security questions.
We are happy to assist you in regards with deactivating your voicemail.
Further to your email, we would like to inform that we have successfully disabled your voicemail.
We advise you to restart your handset.

有需要的MJJ可以试下。

最后一条不是必须吧。回我的邮件没列出这一条。可能要求关闭的人多了才加的

lycamobile 客服是否有中文的，google上搜，说貌似他家可以提供中文客服。

前面和楼上一模一样，到问资料的时候多了一大堆
