发现 DS 两个 VPS 都被限速为 10Mbps 了，

因为测试 cachefly、Linode 以及 DS 自家的测速文件，都显示稳定在 1.2M/s，而且超级稳定

而且我测试了这两个 VPS 之间互相 wget，速度也是稳定在 1.2M/s，由此判断，肯定是限速 10Mbps 了。。。

客服回复我说他们啥也没限制，没法帮我，言外之意是他们不想管，他们啥也做不了。。。

不知道你们的 VPS 都啥情况？
