It has come to our attention that a domain registered through your company is a phishing/fraudulent site that is actively targeting brand customers using brand trademarks and copyright images. The infringing site can be found at the following domain: https://domainname.com/ ** Please see attached screenshot for Phishing activity. This domain is registered and being used in bad faith. This site uses brand copyright images, trademarks and logos (protected under US TM #4576447, 5964423) throughout the site to appear to be a legitimate brand site or brand affiliated site. This site is not affiliated with brand or authorized to use brand protected copyright images or trademarks. This site appears to be selling suspected counterfeit brand products but also collects personal information through a billing/shipping information page within the site. These fake sites are often used to either sell counterfeit products or steal customers' login and credit card information. brand customers have been targeted recently by these sites and are reporting being scammed.
