Robert: server has 6 gigs memory, 500 gigs sata300 hard disks, and 2.8 ghz core2duo's - they are very fast and not oversold

Robert: annual payment is provided as a courtesy to you so you don't have to worry about paying as often - no discounts for paying ahead more

tommy: how many VPS will be hold for one node?
Robert: 12 nano/micro/mini plans and 2/3 standard/bonus/extra plans - not oversold
tommy: are there any restrictions for resource usage? for CPU usage, BW, RAM....
Robert: bandwidth and ram are unrestricted - you can use as much as your plan level provides for - as for cpu, you can burst to one core (2.8 ghz) - we don't limit cpu usage unless you abuse the cpu by running a game or other cpu-intensive process on the server
Robert: 99.9% of people will never use enough cpu to cause a problem
tommy: I want to know more about CPU restriction?
Robert: you can use as much cpu as you want as long as you don't saturate the cpu for an extended period of time
tommy: for "Extra" plan, how many IPs will provide? 2 weeks ago, extra plan provides 100GB HD, right?
Robert: all plans include 1 ip addrss with the option to add a second ip
tommy: where is your data center? having LA
Robert: and yes the larger plans had their disk quotas reduced recently for new customers
Robert: all our servers are located in the geographic center of the united states - kansas city, mo
tommy: frankly, your company plans is not attractive...
Robert: well i'm sorry you feel that way - we have over 130 happy customers, many positive reviews, and not a single negative review
tommy: compare with teamvps, same data center, their plan only needs USD149.99/annual, and come with 2 IPs..
Robert: we don't compete with teamvps as we focus on the smaller vps market and only offer higher plans as some people want that - and fyi teamvps is heavily oversold to achieve that price (we have many of their former clients now)
tommy: if your company can provide 199.99/annual and come with 2 IPs,
tommy: I will consider it ....
Robert: let me be frank then - the price is non-negotiable - if you don't like it go elsewhere - we have no shortage of new customers.
