EMAIL验证是最好的办法 可是就是怎么弄都不能发送EMAIL

谁知道的来说说 如何配置PHP.INI才能支持 需要装组件么?

php下这个比较常用，叫phpMailer，是一个class
不要问偶程序方面的问题，偶是程序盲。
