This upgrade is being performed on multiple nodes. Your vps will remain online until our Engineers are ready to work on the server hosting your specific VPS.
Once your service is taken down for the upgrade, it may remain offline for 30-60 minutes. If you find that your VPS is inaccessible for more than one hour, please open a ticket with our Technical Support department. We ask that you do not open multiple tickets for this issue, as doing so will delay us servicing you and our other clients.
